Speaking of Oh Sherrie. Larry London made a lot of money in Nashville, from drumming and his cartage company.
Too bad Larrie Londin passed away so prematurely. He made a lucrative living in Nashville and played with Adrian Belew and other artists one would not normally associate with a Nashville cat.
A session friend of mine knew Larrie. When I asked my friend what made Londin so good his answer was: "Larrie can play ANYTHING and play it well. Be it country, pop, reggae, etc."
Larrie was a cool cat...shame about him [AWA JP, CV, etc]...
Oh, Teeb, I actually really like SP [sorry, 5-o! [img]tongue.gif[/img] ]...jes pullin your chain...except that in certain select songs, every now & then, well, it DOES start to get on your nerves aft awhile... [img]wink.gif[/img] ...such as, "...standin' there" in "...Lion" becomes "standeeyin thaeyauhhhh"...& in Dixie Highway [a song i like a LOT off Captured - SS is killin] he's a little [img]eek.gif[/img] over da top...guess ALMOST anything can get on yo nerves if you hear it enough [even Weckl [img]wink.gif[/img] - jes kiddin'] ...however, "Mother, Father" is some rippin vintage Perry...I also really dug Infinity, Evolution, Departure, Captured, Escape, Raised On Radio, & a lot of Trial... [maybe Schon, Valory, & Cain will give him back his left one...that was for you, 5-er] ;=) :=p
